- Abstract
The article reports on the implementation of the new Public Procurement Act (PPA) in Hungary which change and decrease the length of regulatory material. It highlights two instances of public procurement in the country such as revising tender advertisements and direct control of central budget institutions. It also notes that the regulations shows the decrease of debts through artificial administrative vehicles despite of its being a time consuming in terms of payments.
