- Abstract
Court of Justice of the European Union as well as European Court of human rights are often confronted with circumstances concerning labour relationships. Because some of them featuring interest for our country, they are presented briefly in the following. In essence, the European courts attach great attention accomplishment of non-discrimination principle in labour relationships, so as to the nationality, as well as other criteria (expression of religious beliefs, political, age etc.).
