- Authors
Metcalf, James F.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the judicial approach in sentencing illegal immigrants in Arizona. The concept was derived on the Operation Streamline II, where all illegal immigrants who reached the U.S. illegally, not released for humanitarian ground, and been on criminal proceedings will be deported from the U.S. The operation also covers criminals accused of felony and misdemeanor, where they will be interviewed by the defense counsel and presentence probes for flip flop and petty offense cases.
