- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 29-year-old pregnant woman whose 32-week-old fetus is suspected to suffer from mild tachycardia. The use of ultrasound imaging revealed that the fetus has a dilated cardiomyopathy and a heart rate of 170 beats per minute. To treat fetus with persistent junctional reciprocating tachcardia (PJRT), a conversion to a sinus rhythm under digoxin and amiodarone is conducted.
