- Abstract
The article discusses the psychological perspective on Thinking-I and Being-I in relation to art and identity. It mentions that Thinking-I is related to the ego while Being-I is related to sense of self and ability to reflect critically on the ego. It states that individuals carry on perception, cognition and reflection on the side of thinking. It says that self presentation, unconscious responses that involve emotions, sensitivity to symbolic materials are aroused by an individual's being.
