- Abstract
This article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Leegin Creative Products Inc. v. PSKS Inc. case. It provides an analysis on the Leegin factors which include interbrand, intrabrand, and vertical competitions as to whether resale price maintenance (RPM) is pro or anticompetitive. It also discusses the relationships in consumer goods industries, the determination of market power, and the evidence showing the effects of intrabrand competition to the margins of retailers and manufacturers.
