- Abstract
[Objective] The feeding trial was conducted to study the effect of different aquaculture proportion of Songpu mirror carp on muscle composition, digestive enzyme activity, antioxidant indexes and biochemical indexes in biofloc systems, thereby makes a contribution to theoretical basis and data support for the production and application of biofloc technology. [Method] Songpu mirror carps were cultured with silver carp, bighead carp, grass carp with the ratio of 80 : 20, 7S: 2S and 70 : 30, breeding for 190 days in the biofloc system to study the muscle composition, digestive enzyme activity, antioxidant indexes and biochemical indexes. [Result] The muscle composition had no significant difference among 3 groups as P > 0 . OS. Songpu mirror carp group with 7S: 2S had higher digestive enzyme activity in foregut and hindgut when there were no signifi cant difference among groups. As for the digestive enzyme activity in midgut, the protease activity of group with 7S: 25 was obviously higher than group with 70: 30 as P < 0. 05, but had litter difference with the group of 80: 20. Among liver antioxidant indexes, the MDA content in group with 7S: 2S was significantly higher than group with 70 : 30 as P < 0. OS, but had litter difference with the group of 80: 20 . The SOD activity of7S: 2S group was the highest as there were no significant difference among groups. Among serum biochemical indexes, the concentration of ALB in blood of 75: 25 group was significantly ( P <0. 05) higher than others. [Conclusion] Songpu mirror carp from the group cultured with the ratio of 7S: 2S has better protease activity, antioxidant capacity and immunity ability in the biofloc system. It is suitable for the growth of Songpu mirror carps when Songpu mirror carps are cultured with silver carp, bighead carp, grass carp with the ratio of 75: 25.
