- Abstract
The aim of this study is to mediate the rational planning of the future by examining the situation that exists in the light of the changes in education and to present the evaluations of the more effective management of education by considering the theoretical validity variables in this direction. In this context, the province of Ankara is divided into (1) preschool education, (2) basic education, (3) secondary education levels; (a) school (b) student (c) teacher (d) classroom (e) the number of students in the classroom and (f) the number of students who fall into the classroom. The study is a descriptive study obtained from data sources of Ankara Provincial Directorate of National Education for the 2013-2014 academic year. When the findings of Ankara province are examined, the number of students who fall into one teacher at the pre-primary education level is 13, while the average number of students per class is 20. Looking at the number of teachers in the basic education stage, the number of students falling into one teacher is 17 while the average number of students per classroom is 31. Finally, while the number of students falling into a secondary school education is 13, the average number of students per classroom is 30.
