- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 60-year-old Caucasian man with TRS, tobacco use disorder, venous insufficiency, deep vein thrombosis, epilepsy, and type 2 diabetes. Topics include clozapine treatment ended due to poor compliance with the required CBC monitoring; and owing to the risk of harming others and poor self-care posing a significant threat of violence during hospitalization.
