- Abstract
The article focuses on the implication of the World Trade Organization's (WTO) ruling in the case Antigua-United States. Said case reportedly highlights the weaknesses of the WTO special and differential treatment (SD&T) provisions that seek to help developing member countries of the WTO. It also describes the WTO/Dispute Settlement Mechanism (DSM) process, which involves consultations, the panel process, appeal and implementation.
