The author discusses the proper management of managing children with special needs under the Irish Education System in Ireland. The author cites the key feature of Irish system where children with special needs are being integrated in the mainstream schools. However, it explains that the issue of inclusion or integration remains under scrutiny and debate due to the failure of the Education Act to assign the reasonability of delivering special education to any person.
