An essay is presented on the concept of intellectual infrapolitics as a political practice in the academic field with a focus on Hispanism. The author endeavors to search for the juxtaposition, comparison, and contrast of distinct fields within Hispanic studies. Excerpts from poetry and literature are offered to illustrate how infrapolitics is related to the obscurities of life and the connections and contradictions of war and morality.
