- Abstract
The article discusses the benefits of enterprise risk management (ERM) for management teams and corporate directors of big or small business enterprises. It notes that ERM can enhance and improve performance of audit and risk management executives in identifying risk events and manage related risks from other agencies and regulating bodies. It adds that implementation of ERM can lead to increased management consensus, better-informed decision-making process, enhanced communication of identified risks, and greater management accountability.
