Title
Weed-Eating Fish 'Help Protect Jobs, Livelihoods'.
Abstract
The article reports on a study conducted by researchers from the ARC Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies at James Cook University in Cairns, Queensland and the Australian Institute of Marine Science. The study discovers that the growth of algae is limited by herbivorous fishes, thus protecting coral reefs. It also attributes strong coral reefs to high biodiversity of herbivorous fishes.
