- Title

- Authors
González León, Carlos
- Abstract
Last criminal reforms involve important modifications on terrorism and a clear example of this is the crime of self-indoctrination for terrorist purposes. In this research it is analyzed the expansionist, preventive and symbolic criminal policy after the attacks in the United States on 11 September 2001 and the incorporation of criminal types that advance the criminal barrier to preparatory phases with the risk it entails to limit fundamental rights such as religious freedom or free thought, both rights constitutionally protected in Spain. Additionally, it is denounced the shift of this legislation towards an authoritarian trend in terrorist crimes.
