- Abstract
This article is focused on the experiential value and perceived quality of sporting events. The place of free admission among the motivations to attend such events is assessed. Then the relationships between experiential value, perceived quality and satisfaction on the one hand and between satisfaction, intend to attend again, word-of-mouth and willingness to pay on the other hand are investigated. Limits and managerial implications are pinpointed.
