- Abstract
The article discusses giving students the simulated experience of consecutively representing both parties to a custody case involving domestic violence to provide balanced perspective of the practice. It mentions disorienting experience combined with supervision and feedback helping students develop the tools to do justice in the future. It mentions how misunderstanding about abuse promotes sufficient legal responses to domestic violence cases.
