- Abstract
Purpose: To know how the social and health changes that have occurred in the last two years have impacted the variation in the work environment in public bodies and the appearance of symptoms associated with Mobbing and Burnout. Design/Methodology: Qualitative methodology through a systematic review of state of the art on the work environment, Mobbing and Burnout, between 2020-2022, reviewing 325 of a total of 986 documents from various sources and indexes (WoS, Redalyc, and Scielo, mainly), with emphasis on the last decade, whose target group is Chilean public offi cials. Results: There is a perception of poor organizational climate since the social outbreak and the COVID-19 pandemic, associated with the appearance of symptoms of Mobbing and Burnout that aff ect the job performance of public offi cials. Originality: The need to analyze the psychosocial impact of the variables studied to protect employees’ occupational health is discussed.
