- Abstract
This study investigated the relationship between teachers' perceptions of organisational justice and organisational opposition and organisational happiness behaviours in educational institutions. In this direction, the researchers reached 358 teachers working in Istanbul province in the 2021-2022 academic year using the convenience sampling method. Data were obtained with "Organizational Justice Scale, Organizational Dissent Scale and Organizational Happiness Scale". Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analyses were used to analyze the data in the study conducted according to the relational screening model. According to the findings a significant relationship between teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and the sub-dimensions of organizational dissent such as vertical dissent and externalized dissent, while no significant relationship was found between horizontal dissent and organizational happiness. The results further higlighted a positive effect between teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and vertical dissent behaviors, and a negative effect was found with externalized dissent behaviors. In this context, the study suggests that principals should take teachers' vertical dissent behaviour into account, improve the quality of communication, ensure teachers' participation in school decisions and create a democratic school environment.
