- Abstract
The article presents a case study of vasospastic angina (VSA) in a 13 year old boy with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). It is reported that HHT is characterized by telangiectasis and arteriovenous malformations (AVMs). It is further reported that the boy experienced intense nocturnal chest pain, ST-segment elevation on the electrocardiogram, and elevated cardiac troponin I levels.
