- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 68-year-old woman who was undergoing preoperative evaluation for rectal cancer and received percutaneous needle biopsy for a pulmonary nodule. She also received an endobronchial sono-guided biopsy for enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes, that showed no evidence of metastasis. Details of the physical examination of the patient are presented. It notes that the woman was confirmed to have primary papillary adenoma of the lung.
