- Abstract
The article offers information about the views of the newly elected officers of Australian School Libraries Association ( ASLA) in New South Wales. At the end of 2006, the newly elected committee focuses its goals inwards that includes appraisal of its collection and to retention of items needed by the organization and acquisition of new collection that will give the association a smart, fashionable and attractive image for the future. According to June Wall, president of ASLA (NSW), the team is formulating a vision that includes expanding its membership, providing more professional learning opportunities and re-arranging its focus to that of knowledge development and learning.
