- Abstract
The article presents study on the estimation of wind chill index as one of the effective body comfort indexes for tourists and athletes who were interested in winter sports. The study shows that most wind distortions can be attributed to great percentage of wind calm associated to spring and fall. It suggests athletes and tourists to use warmer covers and clothes in cold seasons to protect themselves from the effects of intense wind chills and sudden cold.
