The article presents a case study of a 51-year old female underwent lower GI endoscopy for colorectal cancer screening, and she did not report any significant personal or familial disease. It mentions that they are detected as incidental submucosal lesions, and the diagnosis is confirmed by histopathology with immunohistochemical analysis; and Schwannomas show elongated bipolar spindle cells with variable cellularity and sometimes peripheral cuff-like lymphocyte infiltration around the tumor.
