- Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the relationship between opportunities for professional growth, employees' perception of justice and intention to stay in the organization. The data were collected via survey and analyzed through the Structural Equations Modeling. Analyzing the results, it was found that the opportunities for development and career growth that organizations provide to their employees positively influence the perception they have about organizational justice and also their intention to remain. Given this, managers are recommended to adopt human development tools linked to an attractive career path, giving support to the professional growth of individuals.
