- Abstract
The article discusses the importance of cross-cultural research in multicultural communities. It relates the increasing number of scandals in major corporations around the world, affecting employees, shareholders, suppliers and creditors. Meanwhile, Malaysia also has its own share of corporate misconducts, like the Bank Rakyat, Bumiputra Malaysia Finance (BMF). It is stated that a review of cross-cultural ethical studies has been formulated to address the existing problem in the corporate setting.
