- Abstract
The article describes the case of a patient with a history of right lung sarcoma who developed a rare life-threatening complication after lung surgery in the immediate postoperative period. The patient was subjected to endoscopic snaring of right bronchial intraluminal mass, chest x-ray, computed tomography (CT), pulmonary function test and thoracotomy. The causes of hemodynamic instability and cardiac arrest after thoracic surgery are mentioned.
