Abstract

The objective was to analyze the interpretations that the actors immersed in the social fabric of the hotels in Apartadó, Urabá, identify about CSR in the context of Colombian post-conflict. The research approach had a primarily qualitative character, which used the case study as a methodological strategy, approaching the reality of the interviewed actors. Through the research it was evidenced that the social actors mostly recognize the relationship between tourism and peace. Even though some CSR initiatives aimed at peacebuilding still exist, there is ignorance on the part of managers and collaborators about the subject; Therefore, it is urgent that government agencies, academy and trade union organizations participate actively in order to facilitate tactics that allow hotels in the region to carry out these types of initiatives and to assertively communicate the existing ones.
