- Abstract
The authors describe the efforts exerted by the Global Paediatric Surgery Network (GPSN) Collaborative to foster global subspecialty cooperation in surgery. They discuss the poor surgical conditions, particularly in pediatrics, in low and middle-income countries (LMIC), the actions taken by the global surgery movement to address LMIC surgical problems and the programs launched by the GPSN Collaborative in relation to surgeon networking, education, research, practice and advocacy.
