- Abstract
The article reports the decision of the Australian High Court in the case 'Comcare v PVYW' in which the court held that employer is not liable for the employee's injuries from a sexual encounter while on a work trip. Topics discussed include workers compensation under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988; intersection between sex and the law; and the High Court case of Hatzimanolis v ANI Corporation Ltd.
