- Abstract
The article presents information on the requirement of social justice in the sentences of indigenous offenders in Australia with reference to case of an economically disadvantageous person Fernando in the country. Fernando had committed crime by murdering a person after consuming alcohol. Information on the mitigation of the criminal sentence by the Supreme Court of New South Wales is also presented.
