- Authors
DALTON, RYAN
- Abstract
The article evaluates whether state legislatures can impose criminal culpability on third-party who provide online commercial sex advertisements regarding minors' exploitation. It presents an insight into a comparative analysis of state laws to abate online sex trafficking cases. It contrasts the laws with bills which impose criminal culpability regarding adult services advertisements and discusses challenges of the laws under the U.S. Communications Decency Act and First Amendment.
