- Abstract
The article analyzes organization's climate, its components and factors that help to evaluate the expression of the climate in two organizations (UAB "Stronga" and UAB "Wood"), the features of the style of management, organization's culture,job satisfaction, and communication with colleagues. The results of evaluation of organizations' climate revealed employees' attitude towards the organizations, management, communication, job satisfaction, that are related with the content's and qualitative expression of organization's climate. The factors of climate of both chosen organizations are evaluated on an average satisfactory; the employees of UAB "Stronga" evaluated the investigated climate's factors more favorably. The results of the research show that formation of favorable climate, where the harmonious relations between the employees and the employers prevail, is an important factor of organization's success.
