- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 77-year-old male presented with asymptomatic growing plaques and nodes starting on the forehead and arm. Topics discussed include mild anemia with moderate thrombopenia shown from peripheral blood, patient suffering from leukemic relapse without any evidences for cutaneous disease and characterization of blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) as poor with median survival despite sensitivity to initial chemotherapy.
