- Abstract
The article focuses on investigating the correlation between serum amyloid A (SAA) levels and infarct-related artery (IRA) patency before percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients. Topics include the potential of SAA as a predictor for IRA patency, its association with chronic inflammation and cardiovascular disease prognosis, and its comparison with other inflammation-related markers in predicting IRA patency.
