- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a six-year-old girl suffering from recurring pneumonia and fever. The patient was diagnosed with bacterial endocardtis, which is often caused by poor oral hygiene and use of intranasal drugs. The author states that treatment should be started as soon as the sensitivity results are available with the usual course of antibiotic treatment.
