- Title
Practice random acts of PA kindness--it's easy and it's free!
- Authors
Zarbock, Sarah
- Abstract
The author reflects on the importance of practicing random acts of kindness by physician assistants (PAs) and other health care professionals. She suggests that PAs can demonstrate the principle of kindness by calling a relative who is suffering from a health problem and showing concern for his or her well-being. The author also emphasizes that PAs should introduce themselves to another health care provider, spend time to interact with PA students, and learn to say thank you to a patient.
