- Abstract
The article presents the result of the Web-based practice analysis survey conducted by the U.S. National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and the National Board of Medical Examiners in 2004. The study aims to construct a detailed description of the knowledge and skills that define the function of a clinically active physician assistants (PAs). The study indicates that PAs are practicing in a manner consistent with contemporary medical care.
