The article discusses Canadian Chief Public Health Officer David Butler-Jones' expression of remorse for not taking better care of his health in his nine years as the face of public health in Canada. It mentions the stroke he suffered in 2010 and his refusal to take vacations. He describes no longer having the stamina for working long hours and extensive travel. Praise he has received for his management of the Public Health of Canada is also cited.
