The article offers information on the possibility of implementing the Right-to-Work (RTW) laws of the U.S. in Canada. The author believe that RTW should be brought to Canada because it gives employees the choice to become members of labor unions and unionization has detrimental effects on economic growth. Moreover, results of academic research shows that RTW laws can boost economic growth by approximately 1.8% and employment by around one percent.
