- Abstract
The article discusses whether the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) needs to be revised. It highlights the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT), which aims to harmonize private international law, as a viable method in providing global uniformity in contracts and mentions how UNIDROIT can assist courts in commercial arbitration.
