The article presents the author's satisfaction on the ruling of New Brunswick Provincial Court judge on the case of Gerard Comeau who was being fined and confiscated his goods from Quebec which implemented by New Brunswick government. The court has ruled which supports Gerard and the revival of the Canada's constitutional provision that protects the free trade between provinces.
