- Abstract
In this article the author discusses the impact of telling stories regarding family and consumer sciences (FCS) on families. The author says that the wow factors in these stories not only keep people's awareness on FCS programs but also strengthen them. She states that the news concerning childhood nutrition and management of personal finance indicated the time for telling of stories. She adds that recounting of stories motivates the people to help in achieving an optimal quality of life.
