- Abstract
The interethnic relations in the Republic of Macedonia have been a topic, which has been studied from different point of views, especially after the Ohrid Framework Agreement. A major part of these studies has been concentrated in the study of the constitutional legal norms, the freedom and human rights, either collective or individual. In many cases there has been confusion towards the terms of justice and equality. The Albanian researchers frequently have treated the term of freedom as equality, on the other side the Macedonian researchers have treated the term of justice as equality. Aiming to make a distinction between these terms, we tried to explain these terms by using quantitative data, as measurable as they can be, knowing that they are crucial for the coexistence of the communities, without having in consideration if they are treated as just or unjust by the legal norms. The empirical data shown in this paper, necessarily should concern the political actors, which should create legal norms in order to change this situation. We hope that the shown data in this paper will open a debate for the possible risks if these parameters aren't improved. We used three indicators which affect the economic development, but also have a great impact in the creation of the political attitude of an individual, or even to a whole community, if these distinguishing parameters follow the ethnic lines like in Macedonia. In the end we ask ourselves, what kind of democracy will the economic, educational, urbanization and information inequality produce?
