- Abstract
The article presents a qualitative hermeneutic phenomenological study which analyzes the perception of palliative care clients and their caregivers about their lived experience of spirituality and spiritual engagement. Study participants came from people across rural communities of South Australia. Seven main themes were associated with spirituality and spiritual engagement. It concludes that various benefits can be derived from engaging in spirituality.
