- Abstract
Materials with cobalt and nickel phosphides of the general formula Me2P and iron phosphide deposited on highly porous silica (Ssp 811 m2/g) were obtained by the sol-gel method. The advantage of these methods for obtaining materials considered in the work is the absence of the need to use structure-forming substances, such as surfactants. The properties of materials obtained by different methods were compared. The fraction of deposited metals is 4.5–4.7 wt % for all the materials.
