This article reflects on allegorical, ritualistic and political performance actions, authored by the Brazilian artist Marcus Vinícius (1985-2012). Given the specificity of the text, the approach focuses on two of the unusual propositions made in Vitoria, the artist’s hometown, and another in St. Petersburg, Russia, experimental actions that assumed important significance at different times of the ephemeral, but recognized creative trajectory of the young.
