- Abstract
The article presents a case of a 30-year-old man with mild form of Ebstein's anomaly who was presented due to complaint of recurrent palpitations to discuss the mechanism of broad QRS tachycardia showing five different QRS morphologies. His baseline electrocardiogram (ECG) suggested right posterior accessory pathway. Other topics include ventricular tachycardia, atrial tachycardia, and pathway to pathway tachycardia.
