- Abstract
The article offers information on the procedural study of the maxillary sinus elevation surgery, which was initially described by H. Tatum, doctor of Dental implants, in 1986. It discusses various steps used on technique performance of the sinus membrane lifting technique without the use of biomaterial. It also includes two photos of Synthetic resorbable appliances (polyglactin 910) for space maintenance after maxillary sinus mucosa elevation surgery without implant.
