- Title
Teaching Rape Under Cover.
- Authors
Rozelle, Susan D.
- Abstract
The article discusses an approach to teaching rape in which U.S. law students are encouraged to consider that the opinions they are expressing are not their own. According to the author, the approach starts with a reference to the film "Annie Hall," directed by Woody Allen to highlight how men and women may view exactly the same events differently. The case State versus Rusk is also being used as a point of discussion. The author explains how she offers students an opportunity for anonymity.
